New York is expected to get blanketed with up to 10 inches of snow starting later Friday, the most in nearly four years.
Parts of the Golden State have seen by far the largest amounts of snow in the last 24 hours. A staggering 55 inches has been reported in the mountain community of Aspendell, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
