Republicans in the House of Representatives blocked a war powers resolution that would've immediately stopped U.S. hostilities against Iran.
A move to curb President Donald Trump's war in Iran failed in the House of Representatives by a vote of 212-219. The vote failed mostly on party lines, with Republicans nearly uniformly batting it down.
