Today we visited The Ginger Factory – home of Buderim Ginger, and I absolutely loved it. I’ve always been a big ginger fan and use it a lot, mostly with green tea, honey, and lemon… but I had no idea Queensland even had a ginger plantation! We did the factory tour and the Bee Show. It’s meant to be more for kids, but honestly—we all learned so much about ginger and honey. One big takeaway for me: I won’t be adding honey to my hot green tea anymore.
