A United Airlines flight with 268 people on board was evacuated after making an emergency landing in Los Angeles due to reports of an engine fire while heading to Newark Liberty International Airport on Monday. Video shows a U.S. fighter jet crashing in Kuwait as a pilot is seen parachuting down on Monday. The American F-15 fighter jet and two others were shot down over Kuwait in what the U.S. Central Command called "an apparently friendly fire incident" during an Iranian attack on the Gulf country. The aircraft were "mistakenly shot down by Kuwaiti air defenses," CENTCOM said in a statement Monday, adding that "all six aircrew ejected safely, have been safely recovered, and are in stable condition."
