Easily Cover Plywood Edges With Iron-on Edge Banding

Edge treatment post edgebanding The older edge banded I have is pretty darn good for what it cost, but I still need to finish the edges by hand. One end of the edging hangs a bit over, about 1mm. I take a block with an older sanding belt and sand it flush. Works great and is quick. For the long edge I used a scraper that puts a 1/16 round over on the banding, which leaves an awesome edge finish that is smooth and consistent.
