A male European sand lizard (Lacerta agilis agilis) I produced last season. I have several of this year’s juveniles available now! The European sand lizard (Lacerta agilis) is one of the smallest species of lacerta fully grown around 6” including the tail. This makes them one of the easier species to keep due to their modest space requirements compared to their larger cousin the jeweled lacerta. This is also the most communal species of lacerta that I have kept where one male and multiple female
