Well, I quite like the paint job on this one. This is the Beechcraft T-6 Texan II, the U.S. Air Force’s main turboprop trainer. It’s powered by a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-68 engine delivering 1,100 shaft horsepower and can reach speeds of over 300 knots. The Royal Air Force version, called the Texan T1, is almost identical but fitted with modernized avionics, an updated HUD, and British radio systems to match frontline NATO aircraft.
