I had the honor of working along with Tony as an associate advisor with the explorer program for a short time. He and I have continued contact and he has always been a great friend. Tony's retirement is a huge loss to this city but it is very well deserved. He accomplished a lifelong dream of being a police officer and he did a spectacular job each and every day.
