Painting the molding and trim the same color as the walls, but in a different sheen, is the perfect way to add some subtle dimension and interest. I personally love the high gloss finish against our matte walls, but semi gloss would also look great. Bonus: the dust glides right off a high gloss finish and my baseboards are much easier to keep clean! High gloss paint will show more imperfections, so make sure any nail holes you’ve fil
